+ Design Incubator

The foundation Incubator 3+ encourages techno and design starters who are in the process of developing ideas and planning a company or a product, and supports them with financing, coaching, a network, etc. 

Design Programme
With the Design Programme, Incubator 3+ aims to continue and expand the successful pilot Design Incubator Eindhoven, which offered support to various design starters on their way to entrepreneurship.

The programme offers starters a loan up to a maximum of € 25.000. The prospective entrepreneurs will also be introduced to the most suitable business partners, they will be allocated a mentor coach, and they can count on support in dealing with, for instance, patent applications, legal and financial issues, and publicity generation. In addition, Incubator 3+ provides intermediary services if special testing environments, machinery, or other things are required.   

Who qualifies for Incubator 3 +?
If you are a designer planning to start up your own business, you should meet the following criteria:

● Design is the key activity of your business. 
● Your business is focused on marketing its own products/concepts successfully. 
● The product and/or concept can be qualified as innovative
● The business as well as the product is in the (pre-) start-up phase.
● You have either a Higher Professional Education (HBO) qualification or a comparable thinking level.
● You have a basic aptitude for the most important entrepreneurial qualities.
● You are prepared to share knowledge and know-how, and to accept coaching in order to professionally market your product and/or concept.

The execution of the programme rests with NV Rede, which was also responsible for the execution of the pilot programme earlier on.
